Agenda is a Mac OSX application that lets you easily design agendas for meetings.
Meetings can be arranged in categories and can span multiple days. Each day of the meeting contains a list of agenda items which can be edited, rearranged, deleted, etc.
A live preview of the final agenda document is then generated and can be printed to PDF. Agenda leverages the power of Cocoa and core data.
Here are some key features of "Agenda":
· Agenda allows you to easily organize meetings by category.
· Choose from 4 different agenda item types: presentation, discussion, break, spacer.
· Edit details of each agenda item.
· Agenda items can be rearranged by drag and drop, either on the same day, or across meeting days.
· Create a set of themes (colours) for a meeting and apply these to agenda items.
· See live preview of the finished agenda.
· Add minutes to each agenda item on the details view.
