OpenMedSpel for Mozilla Firefox is free and open source medical spell checking dictionary.
The OpenMedSpel extension adds a medical (USA English) spell checking dictionary that you can acces directly form your browser. The OpenMedSpel addon is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
