EM Radiation is a free software that displays the electric field vectors (in the x-y plane) and magnetic field contours (for the field in the z direction) calculated from the Lienard-Wiechert potentials for a charged particle.
The default scenario shows the resulting radiation from a charged particle in simple harmonic motion.
Additional particle trajectories can be specified using the Display | Switch GUI menu item.
